Order Processing and Payment Processing

We accept payment types of Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for credit card transactions.  We do not accept two party checks or promotional credit cards.  Prices and merchandise on our website may not reflect prices in our stores.  We do not price match with other online stores.

We reserve the right to correct errors and change prices without notice to include the cancellation of orders as a result of the error.

Order Cancellation

Orders must be cancelled within 3 hours of initial purchase.  We are unable to cancel an order after 3 hours. We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours.


Our usual order processing time is 1-3 business days after the order has been placed.  Please note we ship only to the 48 contiguous United States, with the exception of California.  Due to Proposition 65, we are not shipping to California at this time.



Big Blue Stores' return and exchange policy is as fair as possible.  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt for any reason*.  Please note items returned for refund or exchange must be received by us within 30 days from the date you received the item.  Items that have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, worn, not in original condition, or with tags not attached will not be processed for refund or exchange.

To return an item:

To start the return process, please call our Clinton location at 1(800)682-3563.  You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number.  This Return Authorization Number will need to be attached to the package that is sent back to Big Blue Store.  It is recommended that the package be insured for your protection as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.  Please package your return carefully, as we cannot be responsible for items damaged during shipping.  You are responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items.

Freight Item Return Policy (defective, damaged, etc.)                                                                                   Carefully inspect all freight deliveries for damage before signing the bill of lading.  Freight handling charges will not be refunded.  If item(s) arrive damaged or defective, you must note this on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery to avoid paying return freight charges.  You will be responsible for return freight charges back to us or the manufacturer if this is not done.  Please notify us of any delivery problems as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for the additional freight costs in the following instances:

You miss your delivery appointment

You refuse or return a non-damaged, non-defective item

Gasoline Powered Items

All gasoline powered item sales are final.  Big Blue Store cannot accept returns of gas or diesel-powered items once items have contained oil or gas.  Once items have been used they must be repaired at an authorized service center under the manufacturer's warranty.

Packing and Sending Your Return

When sending an item back to Big Blue Store, please ensure the following:

The item is in its original box with all original packaging, accessories & documents. Returned items missing original packaging, accessories or documents are subject to a restocking fee.

The product is securely & properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Restocking Fees

We will charge a restocking fee in certain instances to recoup the cost associated with returns. A restocking fee of up to 20% will be assessed in the following situations:

Merchandise that has been visibly used.

Refused orders without authorization.

Note: unless authorized, late returns will be rejected.

Any return that is not the result of defective/damaged merchandise or a shipping error.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Purchases made after 30 days from Big Blue Store are no longer covered by our Return Policy.  After 30 days, products are covered by their respective Manufacturer's Warranty and in most cases, may be brought to an Authorized Service Center for repair.
